隐孢子虫是一种能引起人、畜和野生动物共同感染的原虫.由于隐孢子虫卵囊很小,在光镜下观察缺乏明显的特征,检测比较困难,为寻找高效的检测方法,国内外学者在隐孢子虫检测方面进行了大量的研究.文章综述了近年来用于检测隐孢子虫的主要方法,并初步分析了各种方法的 优、缺点.
