引进加拿大奶、肉牛冷冻胚胎142枚,借本地荷斯坦奶牛之腹进行移植,妊娠69头,移植妊娠率48.59%;产犊68头,产犊率98.55%.胚胎移植犊牛生长发育良好,生产潜力较大.说明引进国外良种牛冷冻胚胎,以本地牛作为受体进行移植,生产种牛,是一种迅速扩大种质资源的经济、有效的方法.
