Abstract
为了实现对桑叶资源的充分有效利用,试验以蛋白桑叶为样品,利用改进的美国国家可再生能源实验室(NREL)法,对蛋白桑叶中纤维素、木质素含量进行测定.试验结果表明,NREL改进法测得蛋白桑叶纤维素、木质素含量分别为(3.88±0.07)％、(3.79±0.05)％,与NREL法测得结果保持高度一致.因此,该方法适用于桑叶中纤维素、木质素含量的快速、准确和批量的测定.
