Abstract
为了探究不同检测因素对地衣芽胞杆菌菌落数的影响,该试验对标示菌落数为220亿CFU/g的地衣芽胞杆菌菌粉样品在不同的温度条件下,采用不同的稀释方法、不同的培养基进行处理.结果表明,不同的稀释方法对地衣芽胞杆菌菌落数的检测误差率影响最小,培养基的影响作用次之,而80℃高温处理10 min对地衣芽胞杆菌菌落数的检测误差率影响最大.
