Abstract
猪细小病毒(Porcine Parvoviru,PPV)属于细小病毒科细小病毒属,通常感染初产母猪后会发生流产、不孕、产死胎、畸形胎、木乃伊胎及弱仔等病状.该病广泛存在于世界各地并在大多数猪场流行,中国PPV的感染也很广泛.因此本研究针对VP2基因作为靶序列设计引物,旨在建立一种可快速、灵敏、特异地检测PPV的LAMP检测方法.
