Abstract
本试验从病死鸭中分离出一株疑似鸭疫里默氏杆菌的病原菌.经形态学观察、生化试验、培养特性鉴定、16SrRNA检测,确定其为鸭疫里默氏杆菌.药敏试验显示该分离株对四环素、环丙沙星、头孢噻肟等高度敏感;对庆大霉素、卡那霉素耐药.动物回归试验表明鸭疫里默氏杆菌具有较强致病性.
