Abstract
在处方设计中,综合考虑各种增溶剂和助溶剂等添加剂对复方秦皮提取液的稳定性影响和标准,采用正交试验对其优化.取复方秦皮提取物10 g,加入0.6％吐温-80适当混匀,再加丙二醇10％,混合均匀,加入烟酰胺2 g,混合均匀的工艺最佳.
