Abstract
猪δ冠状病毒(porcine deltacoronavirus,PDCoV)是近年来新发现的可引起猪只严重腹泻、呕吐、脱水和新生仔猪死亡的一种猪肠道疾病病原体.PDCoV于2012年首次在香港的猪群中发现,2014年在美国报道,随后陆续在加拿大、韩国、中国大陆和泰国检出.鉴于PDCoV是一种新的疫病,建立快速有效的检测方法是十分必要的,是对该病准确诊断和防控的关键.本文对PDCoV病原学和血清学检测方法的研究进展进行了综述.
