Abstract
将建立的猴痘PCR和荧光PCR检测方法构建成试剂盒,并对其重复性、保存期、冻融次数等性能进行了检测.结果显示:试剂盒在-20℃条件下放置6个月,在4℃和室温下放置96h,反复冻融10次后仍能扩增出特异性条带或典型的“S”型曲线.表明其具有较好的稳定性和重复性.对从江苏等地采集的343份猴等动物咽喉拭子样本进行检测,结果均为阴性,首次用技术手段证实了我国为猴痘非疫区.
