Abstract
目的:通过响应面法优化樟树根中总黄酮的提取工艺.方法:以总黄酮提取率为指标,响应面法考察乙醇浓度、提取时间和液料比3个因素对樟树根总黄酮提取率的影响.结果:樟树根总黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度72%,提取时间35min,液料比25,此条件下其得率为12.81%.结论:响应面法优化的樟树根总黄酮提取工艺,方法简便、预测性良好.
