Abstract
2018年5月,西安市某蛋鸡养殖场43 d蛋鸡群出现发热、精神沉郁、拉黄绿色稀便、冠髯苍白等症状,剖检表现为:心包积液,肝脏极度肿大,质脆易碎,色淡呈现土黄色,脾脏、肾脏充血肿大,腺胃乳头有弥散性出血点.根据临床症状、核酸、血清抗体和病理学检测结果确诊为:血清C-4型禽腺病毒感染.
