Abstract
以白桦种子作为材料,研究不同浓度Ca(NO3)2、NH4NO3、KNO3溶液对白桦种子萌发的影响.结果表明:NH4NO3的各处理对白桦种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均无影响,0.5 mmol/L的Ca(NO3)2和KNO3溶液处理对白桦种子的发芽率达差异极显著,对发芽势没有影响,对发芽指数则在0.05水平存在差异.因此使用浓度为0.5 mmol/L的Ca(NO3)2和KNO3溶液浸泡白桦种子可有效促进萌发.
