Abstract
通过对猴头菇多糖的微波提取工艺进行研究,利用单因素及正交试验方法确定猴头菇多糖的微波提取最佳工艺条件,结果显示,最佳提取工艺条件为:微波功率90 W,提取时间20 min,料液比1:25,提取次数4次,猴头菇多糖得率为10.52%.
