功能性微生物制剂中乳酸含量的测定方法

Abstract
实验采用对羟基联苯法测定了功能性微生物制剂乳酸含量,结果表明,最佳显色条件为:20％硫酸铜0.5mL,待测样0.5mL,浓硫酸6mL,乳酸与浓硫酸沸水浴反应时间5min,1.5％对羟基联苯0.125mL,30℃保温时间30min,沸水浴时间90s;结果显示当乳酸浓度在60-200μg/mL时浓度与吸光值基本呈现线性关系(R2=0.9996),此法相对标准偏差小于0.5％,重复性较好.
