一株野鸟源H3N2亚型禽流感病毒HA基因序列分析

Abstract
为了解野鸟在宁夏感染或携带禽流感情况,采集野鸟新鲜粪便,进行RT-PCR检测和HA序列分析.结果检测到一株野鸟源H3N2禽流感病毒阳性样本,HA基因与蒙古报道的一株禽流感病毒同源性为98.6%,氨基酸同源性为99.5%,属于欧亚分支.提示该毒株的基因有可能来自外源性病毒.野鸟疫病监测可为家禽健康养殖提供预警预报作用.
