主要组织相容性复合体(Major Histocompatibility Complex,MHC)是由脊椎动物的一组紧密连锁基因构成的复合座位,牛MHC即BoLA基因,调控机体的免疫应答和疾病易感性,是疾病的抗病性和易感性的候选标记基因.研究表明DQA基因与牛的一些疾病的发生紧密相关,本文主要论述了DQA基因的多态性及其与疾病的相关性研究进展.
