Abstract
通过在泰爱牧宠物医院对发情母犬血清孕酮检测,统计发情期法斗母犬血清孕酮水平,并探索出最佳配种时机,增加该犬种交配的成功率,增加繁殖率,帮助推算出分娩时间.结果表明,法斗血清孕酮值在25～45ng/ml时受孕率可达到75％以上,此时为最佳的配种时机.文中主要对犬发情周期中阴道细胞学、 血清孕酮进行简要论述和探讨.
