Abstract
利用6个微卫星标记对42只沔阳麻鸭个体遗传多样性进行评估.结果表明,6个微卫星位点中有5个微卫星位点在沔阳麻鸭群体中的多态信息含量为高度多态,可作为有效的遗传标记用于沔阳麻鸭遗传多样性和系统发生关系的分析,沔阳麻鸭平均杂合度为0.48.
