Abstract
为研究MSTN基因在鸭肌肉发生过程的作用,克隆MSTN基因测序验证后进行序列分析.结果表明:鸭MSTN基因至少存在MSTN-a、MSTN-b、MSTN-c、MSTN-d、MSTN-e、MSTN-f和MSTN-g 7种剪接体,其中MSTN-e、MSTN-f和MSTN-g为3种新发现的剪接体,剪接因子U2A F35可能参与MSTN基因的选择性剪接.
