云南思茅区2017-2019年布鲁菌病血清学调查

Abstract
为了掌握云南思茅区布鲁菌病的感染和分布情况,对2017-2019年采自思茅区7个乡(镇)602户养殖户的6 891份未免疫布鲁菌病疫苗的猪、牛、羊血清,采用虎红平板凝集试验(Ba-der physical therapy,RBPT)初筛和试管凝集试验(Standard tube agglutination test,SAT)复检进行布鲁菌病抗体检测.结果 RBPT抗体阳性率为0.058％,SAT抗体阳性率为0.029％.连续3年的检测中,仅2017年检测出2份羊阳性样品(SAT确诊),SAT阳性率为0.033％;猪、牛血清中均未检出阳性样品.表明思茅区猪、牛、羊布鲁菌病血清抗体阳性率都达到了农医发[2016]38号文件中规定的稳定控制区标准.
