Abstract
用家兔外周血提取基因组DNA,根据欧洲家兔SRY基因的cDNA序列中开放性阅读框部分设计引物,采用PCR技术对基因组DNA进行了SRY 基因检测.结果显示,SRY基因(+)是雄性决定基因,这对于幼兔的性别鉴定、性别选择及在胚胎时期诊断性连锁疾病有重要意义.
