桑黄代料栽培条件的优化

Abstract
为缩短桑黄的培养周期,提高桑黄的产量和品质,增加桑树的附加值,本试验针对桑黄代料配方、接种方式、菌丝生长条件、子实体生长条件、大棚消毒灭菌五个方面进行优化.结果筛选出适宜的桑黄代料配方,即老桑树木屑78%、玉米粉2%、稻壳2%、棉籽壳17%、熟石膏1%;适合菌丝生长的温度为25℃ ~30℃、湿度为65% ~75%;适宜子实体生长的温度为26℃ ~29℃、湿度为85% ~95%;接种方式较好的是长满培养基的整块菌落接种;大棚消毒灭菌效果较好的是福尔马林消毒法.
