Abstract
目前食品安全是最受关注的民生问题.现有屠宰场送检一例猪后腿肌肉充满出血点的样品肉.经病理切片HE染色的方法未发现寄生虫和细菌,用革兰氏染色也没有发现革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌.结论:排除了细菌和寄生虫感染,疑似使用新型β受体兴奋剂类药物所致.
