Abstract
霉菌毒素具有很多种类,并在自然界中广泛分布,往往会污染饲料.当霉菌污染饲料后就会导致其含有大量的霉菌毒素,从而能够导致畜禽发生中毒死亡,或者导致畜禽的免疫机能降低,长时间处于亚健康状态,生产性能下降,引起免疫失败,并经常发病,还可经由肉、蛋、奶等食物链危害人类健康,应注意检测.
