圆圃棘口吸虫的形态与分子鉴定

Abstract
通过形态学和分子生物学的方法对大庆市犬小肠内采集的吸虫进行鉴定,采用苏木素染色法将虫体制成装片,在显微镜下观察其形态结构初步鉴定为圆圃棘口吸虫.提取该虫体的DNA,对内转录间隔区(Internal transernal spacer region,ITS)序列进行PCR扩增、测序和分析.经BLAST比对,发现与GenBank已发表的圆圃棘口吸虫序列的相似性达到99.6%.通过采用形态学及分子生物学两种方法证实从犬体内分离出的吸虫为圆圃棘口吸虫.
