Abstract
利用人用诊断试纸对2只绿狒两个月经周期内尿中的促黄体生成素(LH)的变化情况进行测定.测算出绿狒的卵泡形成、排卵和黄体生成的时间,结合对绿狒繁殖行为的观察,掌握了其发情周期及排卵规律,为提高配种受胎率提供了科学依据.
