Abstract
2017年4月,山东省济南市某豚鼠饲养场发生以呼吸系统为主要症状的疾病,伴随咳嗽、气喘、脓性鼻涕直至死亡.养殖场采集样品后,进行病原分离鉴定,16srRNA细菌鉴定,药敏试验等实验操作.最终确定致病菌为马链球菌兽疫亚种.通过药敏试验筛选出有效抗生素阿莫西林等药物进行治疗,豚鼠临床症状明显改善,病死率降低,预后良好.
