某地区羊O型口蹄疫抗体监测与分析

Abstract
对某地区20家羊场随机采集328份血样,通过ELISA方法对其O型口蹄疫抗体进行了检测.其中阳性结果120份,个体阳性率为36.59％,群体阳性率为4.8％～87.5％,仅有15％的场户达到抗体阳性率70％的合格标准.分析其抗体阳性率偏低的主要原因是疫苗免疫程序不合理.为进一步加强口蹄疫防控提供了借鉴和参考.
