口蹄疫灭活疫苗146S含量检测方法概述

Abstract
口蹄疫(Food and Mouth Disease,FMD)是由口蹄疫病毒(Food and Mouth Disease Virus,FMDV)引起的偶蹄类动物的急性、热性、接触性、烈性传染病.世界范围内预防口蹄疫发生的有效方法是疫苗免疫,疫苗生产过程中,各环节过程控制至关重要,其中准确定量完整的口蹄疫病毒粒子(146S)尤为关键,因为146S抗原的含量直接决定了口蹄疫灭活疫苗的质量,所以准确,快速,敏感的定量方法势在必行,本文对146S含量检测主要方法的研究进展做一综述.
