水貂抗犬瘟热病毒中和抗体滴度的测定

Abstract
为了解当前犬瘟热疫苗及免疫程序的在水貂的免疫效果,该研究在6个水貂养殖场,随机对CD疫苗免疫接种后55～60d的水貂进行心脏采血,共采集、制备84份血清.采用血清微量中和试验,测定84份水貂血清中抗CDV的中和抗体滴度.结果表明,只有1份水貂血清中抗CDV的中和抗体滴度为94,占1.2％,其余83份血清样品中的抗CDV中和抗体滴度小于10,达98.8％.
