Abstract
为建立一种检测细胞周期的方法,取悬浮培养的BHK-21细胞按照4,6-联脒-2苯基吲哚(DAPI)染色方法进行染色,利用NC-3000细胞分析仪进行细胞周期分析.结果表明,DAPI标记法简单易行,DAPI标记法能够准确的进行细胞周期检测.
