Abstract
新城疫(Newcastle Disease,ND)是由新城疫病毒(Newcastle Disease Virus,NDV)引起的一种急性、高度接触性的传染病.该病在世界范围内流行,是危害全球家禽养殖业的最具破坏性的疾病之一.由于呈弱毒性,class Ⅰ NDV受到的关注较少.但近年来class Ⅰ的分离数量逐渐增加,其潜在的威胁不可忽视.本文旨在从地区和宿主的角度分析class Ⅰ NDV在我国的流行现状,为我国未来新城疫的防控以及监测提供一些建议与思考.
