新城疫(Newcastle Disease,ND)是由新城疫病毒(Newcasde Disease Virus,NDV)引起的一种急性、高度接触性的传染病[1].该病在世界范围内流行,是危害全球家禽养殖业的较具破坏性的疾病之一.疾病的检测和诊断是禽病防治的重要任务之一,定期对禽群进行新城疫病毒的监测是防控新城疫病毒的有效手段之一.本文旨在通过论述新城疫检测研究方法的进展,为临床上新城疫的检测提供一些理论和技术上的参考.
