Abstract
为了筛选出最优的实时荧光定量PCR (Quantitative Real-time PCR,qRT-PCR)引物用于检测新城疫病毒,本研究选择了5对公开发表的(A、B、C、D和E)qRT-PCR引物进行广谱性、特异性和灵敏性比对实验.结果显示:引物A广谱性最好,引物B对基因Ⅻ型的毒株扩增效果较差,而引物C、D、E对Class Ⅰ毒株扩增效果较差;5对引物对AIV毒株和IBV毒株均无扩增效果,特异性均较好;引物C的灵敏性最好.本研究可为新城疫的净化检测提供参考.
