河南某肉鸡养殖场疑似发生大肠杆菌病,采集发病鸡肝脏进行细菌分离鉴定、16S rRNA测序及致病性试验.结果 获得一株不发酵乳糖的细菌,结合生化鉴定结果及序列分析结果,判定其为大肠埃希菌,该菌对1日龄SPF雏鸡具有强致病性.
