Abstract
根据GenBank上猪传染性胃肠炎病毒S基因的保守序列,设计1对引物,建立了检测猪群中的猪传染性胃肠炎病毒的RT-PCR方法.试验结果表明,该RT-PCR方法敏感、特异,适于临床样品检测,为猪传染性胃肠炎病毒的临床诊断和流行病学调查奠定了基础.
