Abstract
笔者在F81-KL细胞培养MEV过程中,通过比较在不同时间(72 h～96 h)添加不同细胞数对MEV滴度的影响,探讨添加细胞的实际效果和经济价值.结果表明:MEV在培养过程中,72 h～96 h按8×104个/cm2添加新鲜细胞可提高病毒滴度,添加的细胞数对产量影响不明显.说明在MEV培养过程中人为添加敏感细胞在到一定程度上可提高病毒滴度并可稳定收获.
