Abstract
为了研究河北白鹅线粒体基因组结构及起源,试验采用直接测序或克隆测序对河北白鹅mtDNA基因组序列进行分析.结果表明:河北白鹅线粒体全基因组长为16 667 bp,其中包括13个编码蛋白质基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和1个系列控制(D-loop)区.经过系统发育分析可知河北白鹅起源于鸿雁.
