Abstract
为了优化绿萝花水溶性多糖的提取工艺,试验以不同料液比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,以绿萝花水溶性多糖提取率为响应值,在单因素试验基础上,运用中心组合设计(Box-Behnken)三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,研究各自变量及交互项对绿萝花水溶性多糖提取率的影响.结果表明:绿萝花多糖最佳提取条件为料液比1:20、温度50℃、时间4h,在此优化条件下绿萝花多糖最佳提取率为8.82％.
