一株致病纤维素降解菌的鉴定

Abstract
为了筛选出高效的纤维素降解菌,实现纤维类饲料的资源化利用,试验采用形态学观察、生化试验、16S rDNA鉴定对奶牛粪便纤维素降解菌进行了研究,同时还测定了该菌株的最优酶活性.结果表明:形态学观察该菌株为革兰氏阴性直杆菌;生化试验初步鉴定其为志贺氏菌属;16S rDNA试验最终确定该菌为革兰氏阴性兼性厌氧志贺氏菌,将其命名为NC007384;在pH值为7、温度为35℃、装液量为40％、接种量为2.5％、摇床转速为180 r/min的条件下培养42 h,志贺氏菌CMCase活性最大,达到21.842 U.
