Abstract
热休克蛋白(Hsps)又称热激蛋白,其种类多、分布广,具有高度的保守性.Hsp40作为Hsp70的辅助分子伴侣,拥有自主的分子伴侣活性,参与调节细胞的多种生理生化过程.文章以近年来国内外最新研究资料为基础,对Hsp40在几种典型病毒生命周期中的作用进行了总结,以期为有关Hsp40在病毒免疫中作为检测标志物、治疗靶点、免疫佐剂或发挥其他功能的研究提供理论参考.
