酶解辅助提取高良姜中高良姜素的工艺研究

Abstract
为了优化酶解辅助提取高良姜中高良姜素的工艺,试验通过单因素试验及响应面法考察了酶解温度、酶用量、酶解pH值及酶解时间各因素及各因素交互作用对高良姜素得率的影响.结果表明:最佳酶解辅助提取工艺为酶解温度47℃、酶用量1.2％、酶解pH值5.0、酶解时间60 min.在此最佳条件下,高良姜素得率为10.53 mg/g.说明该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行.
