Abstract
为了提高新疆绵羊繁殖率,加快杂交育种进程,试验采用RFLP-PCR技术将多胎主效FecB基因,以湖羊为载体导入哈萨克羊群体中.结果表明:多胎基因导入群体的日增重极显著高于湖羊的日增重(P＜0.01),脂臀率极显著低于哈萨克羊(P＜0.01).
