Abstract
为了确定Ankom滤袋法在粗纤维测定中试样的脱脂标准,试验采用Ankom滤袋法在中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维测定中规定的脱脂标准作为粗纤维测定的脱脂标准,并进行验证.结果表明:粗脂肪含量大于5％的试样,脱脂与非脱脂处理的结果差异极显著(P＜0.01);而粗脂肪含量不大于5％的试样,脱脂与非脱脂处理的结果差异不显著(P＞0.05).
