Abstract

为了对湘玉竹中天麻苷元含量进行定量分析,试验采用了有机溶剂提取分离技术,并结合高效液相色谱法及气质连用技术.结果表明:湘玉竹中天麻苷元单一化合物含量为0.575 ~/mL,稳定性试验峰面积的RSD值为2.190％;精密度峰面积的RSD值为1.50％;重现性试验的RSD值为2.127％;回收率为99.042％,其峰面积的RSD值为3.64％.
