响应面法优化白屈菜根中白屈菜碱提取工艺的研究

Abstract
为了研究白屈菜碱的最佳提取工艺,试验以白屈菜根为研究对象,在超声和水浴条件下分别提取白屈菜碱,采用响应面法进行分析.结果表明:超声最佳提取工艺为超声温度40℃、超声时间50 min、液料比20∶1,白屈菜碱提取率为3.10 mg/g;水浴最佳提取工艺为水浴温度80℃、水浴时间120 min、液料比20∶1,白屈菜碱提取率为1.754 mg/g.超声提取工艺优于水浴提取工艺,说明超声提取法合理、可行.
