Abstract

为了弄清宁夏某鱼塘草鱼大批死亡的原因,试验采用常规细菌分离技术、生化试验、药敏试验、动物试验及人工感染试验对该鱼塘内2条死亡草鱼的脏器进行了病原的分离与鉴定.结果表明:该致病菌为豚鼠气单胞菌(Aeromonas caviae),对草鱼和小白鼠有很强的致病性,对阿米卡星、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶、环丙沙星及头孢噻肟敏感.
