Abstract
猪博卡病毒(PBoV)是细小病毒科细小病毒亚科博卡病毒属的新成员,该病毒于2009年首次由瑞典学者从表现为多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)的发病断奶仔猪体内分离鉴定获得.目前,猪博卡病毒作为新发现的病原,已成为许多国家兽医科研人员的研究热点.文章主要针对猪博卡病毒病原学和检测技术的研究进行综述,重点介绍猪博卡病毒病原学的研究进展、PCR检测技术、Real-time PCR检测技术、多重PCR检测技术、半巢式PCR检测技术、套式PCR检测技术、间接免疫荧光检测技术、LAMP检测技术和免疫学诊断方法.
