Abstract
为了研究猪磷酸酶和张力复合物(PTEN)在感染高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒(PRRSV)后的表达量变化,验证PTEN在PRRSV感染肺脏过程中引起的肺损伤和呼吸窘迫综合征的作用,试验对猪的PTEN基因进行了克隆表达,并对其蛋白进行了纯化.结果表明:成功地克隆并表达了猪PTEN基因.
