Abstract
为了研究空间环境对植物染色体的影响,试验采用返回式卫星搭载蒙农杂种冰草种子,进行常规染色体制片,比较其细胞有丝分裂指数、细胞核畸变、染色体行为的变化.结果表明:空间诱变促进了冰草种子根尖核畸变的产生,其中以单微核为主；空间环境还导致其染色体畸变.
